How it all works

 Step 1 : Research & Consultation

You're doing this now! Research your preferred method
Next, you'll book your complimentary consultation, where we will be able to discuss in detail the options best suited for you, and create an action plan!

 Step 2 : Booking

We take a 50% deposit of the total cost to secure your appointment and cover some of the costs associated with your new hair.
You can expect to wait 2-4 weeks for a stock unit, and 4-6 months for a custom made unit. Wig creation takes roughly 1-2 months.

 Step 3 : Install Day!

On install day you come in ready to get glammed, and we provide you with full hair care maintenance so that you are ready to take care of your investment. You are provided with all of the above inclusions.
This is the day that you pay the remainder of your balance.

 Step 4 : Maintenance!

HairCrowns and wigs do not require monthly maintenance, but if you are wearing your unit full-time, you are required to come in every 4 weeks for a "touch up", which ensures your closure is nice and secure, and that you are seeing success with your investment!
Touch ups are 55.00 per month. Additionally, every 4 months we compleely remove the closure, wash both your natural and the extensions, then re-install. At this appointment we charge 430.00 and you can expect to be in our salon for 2.5 hours.
