I am so happy that I found The Extensionist. I had been using extensions that use bonds and not only were they ridiculously expensive, but it was clear that they were destroying what little hair I had left. Since coming to The Extensionist (for about 1.5 years), my hair is finally getting back into shape after the previous damage. Plus, it looks amazing! There are so many great things I can say about this place. Their staff is friendly and well-trained. If you cannot see your regular person, it's okay because any one of them can step in and do a fabulous job! They will color match your hair, trim it up to blend perfectly with the extensions, and even style it before you leave. I love that the hair is re-usable. I have replaced my extensions only once. I even had a hair piece made for those days when I'm in a hurry and still want to look my best. And for an added bonus, they are dog friendly and I always get to meet furry friends when I am there.

I’ve been a client of The Extensionist for about 3 years now. I’ve had thin hair my whole life, and have never loved my natural hair. My first introduction to The Extensionist was with their peekaboo package, which was a game changer for me! It’s the perfect amount of extensions for my hair. (Giving some extra fullness without going too crazy on length, and still looking totally natural). The once a month touch ups are a breeze. Super easy to maintain, and best of all, it hasn’t caused any damage or loss to my actual hair. While I love the peekaboo extensions (and still currently have them), the past few years I had been growing more self conscious about the hair thinning at the top of my head. About 6 weeks ago, I got one of the clip-in mini crown hair toppers. To say it’s been life changing is not an exaggeration! It takes me ten seconds to clip it on each morning, and every day I feel like I just had my hair done. The amount of “getting ready” time that it saves is huge, but you simply cannot put a price on the confidence it gives you. I can’t imagine being without the topper now. It’s an amazing feeling for the first time in your life to not have to worry about how your hair looks! The mini crown topper is super light and comfortable to wear. No one would ever know you are wearing it. (Every time I show someone they can’t believe how natural it looks). LATE POLICY
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. A 15 minute grace period will be honoured. Later than 15mins and your appointment will need to be rescheduled
CANCELLATION
24 hours notice is required to cancel your service. Within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50.00 will be applied to your next service.
REFUND POLICY
DEPOSITS AND SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All final payments are due at the end of your appointment.
